Mahindra Logan Car

I am owner of Mahindra Logon petrol Car no. MH43V3882 purchased in 2007 having chassis no. 82A13630 Engine no. 16468 which I am still repenting why I brought it since I was told it gives average more than 15 km per litre but I am getting hardly 10 km per litre.

I had booked paid servicing in December 2010 at G# Motors Ltd, Malad (West) for wet & dry servicing, check average and check wheels for some noise. On same day they informed that bush of front wheel worth Rs. 3500/- is to be replaced, I was hesitant but risk should not taken so I told them to replace. I was told delivery would be next day, when I called next day they said fuse and wiring of wipers to be replaced I was surprised because at delivery it was raining and I used wiper, I got suspicious and told them to withhold, I did not get delivery on next day day also. When I went to take delivery on third day I paid the bill and when I was about to I was drive I was surprised that my car was not washed nor cleaned from inside though I paid for it also my wiper were working fine, when I brought into notice, they just wrote in my bill for next free servicing as if they doing some favor. I insisted for servicing at spot, they hesitantly, half heartedly did the servicing without professional touch. After that I noticed my rear automatic glasses are not working but they said some part has to be replaced and that part is now not available and promised me to replace in next servicing. 

I waited for their call, but till date I have received instead when I call they say all appointments are full.
