Dear sir,

We have purchased a Logan in December 2008 from Sri Durga Automobiles, Rama Road , New Delhi. Car No. DL 4C NB 3503 the car broke down at Uttrakhand .After moving 7000 km, its coolant system bursted . We left our car for 2 days in the nearby Meerut service centre. After bringing it back from Meerut we left it to the Sri Durga Automobiles for 10 days. Now it has run approx 11500 km. The same problem continued and the coolant bursted out on 6th Dec 09 at Karnal.1 week later also no action has been taken and no one is taking its responsibility .The service centre people even forbade us to call them and said that if we ever called ,they will not pick our call. We are very disappointed by its performance and now we are regretting on our decision to take Mahindra’s Logan . Mahindra-Renault which is an international company makes a car or a ( dibba gadi ) which brakes down every month .Companies do so many efforts to increase their reputation but you are loosing your goodwill and reputation by making such a car. We are driving cars from past 40-50 years and are experienced with many companies but we never had such an terrible experience before .Now we are afraid to drive Logan fearing that we might have to leave it on the way .We want you to provide us with another new car whose engine has been checked thoroughly before giving it to the customer.
